Toronto North York Commercial Office Space For Lease

Toronto North York Commercial Office Space For Lease

Former Mayor of North York and Toronto Mel Lastman was responsible in changing North York's sleepy Yonge Street into the dynamic North York Centre area between Finch and Sheppard Avenues, coinciding with the path of the Toronto Transit Commission's subway line. The area is also well serviced by Ontario's GO Transit with buses stopping right in front of many office towers.

There are many retail stores, high quality value priced high-rise office towers and the area is now a mecca for condo dwellers. Directly beside the City Hall is the Toronto Centre for the Arts.

The central area now looks like a smaller version of the city's downtown. Offices of Procter & Gamble, Nestlé Cadbury Adams, Lindt, Equifax, and Xerox are found in the area. .

Excellent transit by car is available via easy access to the Highway 401 and of course downtown is best accessed by subway. The North York Civic Centre features a huge reflecting pool, and park area, the City Hall, the 5 story North York Central Library, the Aquatic Centre and a hotel. Across the street is Empress Walk a large indoor shopping centre with a Staples, Loblaws and move theatres. Toronto Commercial Real Estate has really been enhanced by former Mayor Mel Lastmans legacy.
