I have assisted people in Toronto and across North America with new leases and lease renewals where a commission is not paid and there is no one to help negotiate a lease.

These services are ideal for retail, office and industrial tenants seeking to renew a lease or negotiate a new location which they have already found.

Most of the time I can help you get you better rental rates and almost always protect you from future loss and headache due to onerous landlord lease clauses.

Best of all, I can give you piece of mind or advise you of the future consequences of accepting these types of restrictions and penalties. Based on expert consultation with me You can make up your own mind how to proceed or whether to proceed.
