We'll meet one to one over the phone when you can ask me questions related to your space search, your leasing documents or anything at all about the process.

We don't have to stick to the questions, you can ask me anything you want regarding your property search or lease.

What is the Procedure?

First you send me your questions including everything you can think of no matter where you are in the process of finding space, submitting or responding to an offer or letter of intent.

We will set up a time and date to meet over the phone and I'll give you a call.

Your Investment?

Your investment is $495.00 per consulting session. Too much! Well if I can save you thousands of dollars or even save you from losing your space. In some cases, the tenant after talking to me didn't go through with the deal.

Why? There were so many hidden costs that I pointed out that going through with the deal would have been just plain dumb!

It's your choice and if you want to go ahead without expert advice that could save you tons of money and lots of heartache and even legal problems that's fine.

However if you want to get my advice and do things right I'd advise you to book your time now as due to a heavy schedule I ONLY do two consultations a month.
