Anthony Dyson Commercial Tenant Strategies Inc Brokerage - "A David Against Goliath"



Anthony has almost 30 years of commercial leasing experience in the Toronto GTA. Starting his career as a broker with one of the big name leasing companies, he founded his company Commercial Tenant Strategies in 1989.

Using the insider knowledge of how landlords structure lease negotiations, he developed the Lease For Less System, Less Cost, Less Risk and Less Hassle for tenants exclusively.

Anthony is the Author of The Ultimate Guide to Commercial Leasing and is a regular speaker at the Annual Commercial Lease Course held in Toronto speaking on Drafting and Negotiating Leases to Get the Best Deal.

Anthony has a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and also attended Ridley College. Anthony is also a Continuing Education Instructor at Humber College teaching a course on How to Build A Money Making Website on Saturday mornings which is open to fellow Realtors and the general public.
