Slightly off the centre ice as we call it in the trade, well maybe the centre ice has shifted a bit. West of University at the south-west corner of Simcoe and Wellington and Right next door to the Ritz-Carlton with its conference facilities and fine dining, it's also close to the theater district and the infamous Toronto entertainment district with it's nightclubs and bars. With natural lighting, energy efficient systems it will be more comfortable than older buildings and the Leeds Silver Certification will mean lower operating costs. I remember our office at the T-D Bank Tower many years ago. Cadillac Fairview the same landlord as RBC was always responsive to our needs. The view from the 54th floor of the island and the the ferries in the summer was stunning. Made it hard to get any work done.
