Another LEED Gold Standard building built slightly off center ice south of Union Station Menkes the developer claim that a company's overall energy savings "could equate to $15 to $20 per square foot of space compared to a traditional financial district office tower. WOW.

If correct this could mean big savings to tenants and big trouble to traditional towers.
